This was not what I expected! I thought this was a pop group (first time hearing this band) but I had to eat my hat because this band defies genre. The vocalist reminds me a little of kpop (and maybe 2010 Sleigh Bells if that makes sense), I happen to like both so thought that was cool. If you are a fan of complex piano layers and brass check this out! Also, the bassist and drummer are insane in here. I choked hearing one of the riffs it was that good! nvan92

We need more folks paying attention to what sam's doing. This is unpretentious, forward-thinking, and fun as hell. It isn't afraid of being "un-jazzy" and it doesn't treat the standards with any amount of sanctity. This is what the spirit of jazz is really about. vasya
David Binney is one of the greatest of all time, and I think that is due to what a true Artist he is. With all of his playing, writing and producing, agenda is by the wayside and the result is a voice musically that is pretty heavy and real.
Thank you for the music. Jacob Smith
